Alberto will then take all reasonable efforts to delete your Personal Information from the Alberto database within a reasonable time frame, but, please be advised that Alberto may retain some residual information about you in our backup and archival copies of our database (e.g. our records of deletion) to send you important service-related communications (e.g. materials related to your registration, your purchases and/or your account) that are not promotional in nature.
